Cancellation Policy

We are a small hotel. Late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

All reservations must be cancelled or changed by 4:00 PM local time at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

We will initiate your refund within 7 days of cancellation.

Please allow 7-10 days after that for your refund to hit your account.

Please check your account, particularly if you booked your reservation through a third party like Booking.com or Expedia: we sometimes do not receive the emails informing us of the cancellation, so please help us by reviewing your statement.

Any cancellations or changes made after that time will be charged the full deposit on file + tax OR the equivalent of the first night’s stay + tax, whichever is greater.

Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge equivalent to the deposit on file will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled.
